Jason Moore - Graniteville

Funeral services for Jason Paul Moore, 37, of Graniteville, will be held at 5 p.m. on Monday, August 29 at Seven Pines Baptist Church, Snelling, with the Reverends Mark Watford and Billy Mew officiating. Burial will be in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery by the airport. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, August 28 at Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston. Memorial contributions may be given in Jason’s memory to The Annual Giving Office, Clemson University, Clemson, SC 29634.

Jason passed away on August 26, 2016. Born in Columbia, Jason was the son of Paul Moore and Sheree Parler Moore of Snelling. He was a 1997 graduate of Barnwell High School, and he attended Clemson University where he majored in Computer Information Systems. He was a member of Seven Pines Baptist Church and worked for Autoneum as a Systems Administrator in the IT Department. A lover of outdoor adventures, self-proclaimed IT geek, and free spirit, Jason will be missed by many friends and family members who loved him dearly.

Survivors include his parents; his wife, Amy Alicia McFerrin Moore of the home; step-son, Gage LaChance of the home; sister, Carla Moore of Athens, GA; his paternal grandmother, Esther Williams Taylor of Barnwell; and his four-legged companions, Jessie and Bernadette.

Barbara Still Smith - Bamberg

Barbara Ann Still Smith, 67, of Bamberg, passed away, surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.

Barbara was born in Barnwell on June 16, 1949. She was the daughter of the late Edgar Still and Estelle Rowell Copeland. She was raised by Curtis and Lillie Sanders. She was a homemaker. Barbara loved her family and friends and will be missed by all.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at noon in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Rev. Raymond Folk is officiating.

Survivors include her daughter, Danielle (Chris) Nettles of Blackville; brother, Collis (Delores) Still of Barnwell; sisters, Florence (Raymond) Folk and Linda (Rock) Still of Barnwell, Edith Hudson of Aiken, and Lillian Roden of Mena, Ariz.; grandchildren, Taylor Hubbard, Jamie Smith, Mark Corne, Travis Corne, Austin Hubbard and Zachary Hubbard, a number of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Connie Morris of Williston. She was predeceased by a daughter, Angela Renee Smith; and brothers, Coleman and Roy Still.

Randall J. Sheen - Barnwell

Randall J. Sheen, 61, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016 in Barnwell.

Born in Kanawha County, West Virginia on September 1, 1954, he was the son of Dayton Sheen and Betty P. Sheen. He was a self-employed carpenter. Memorial services will be held in West Virginia at a later date.

Survivors include his mother, Betty P. Russell; brother, Ricky Harrell of Crawfordville, Fla.; sisters, Vickie Harvey of Barnwell and Robin Fields of Sissonville, WV.

Christine Bell Skinner - Elko

Funeral services for Christine Bell Skinner, 86, of Elko, will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 31, 2016 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston with the Reverends Dan Fogle and Ted Still officiating. Christine passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2016.

Born in Barnwell County, she was a daughter of the late John Arthur and Corrie Woodward Bell. She was first married to the late Raymond A. Frederick and was the widow of Leroy Skinner. She worked for Goodall Manufacturing Company in Blackville, Bud Berma Sportswear and was a bookkeeper at Schumpert’s Lumber Company. She was a member of Rosemary Baptist Church where she formerly served as president of the WMU and director of the training union department. She was a member of the Golden Age Club and the American Legion Auxiliary Post #75. Christine enjoyed gardening and crocheting. She had a special giving spirit and shared her talents with many who loved her.

Survivors include her daughters, Gloria Smith and her husband Richard of Swansea, Diane Grooms and her husband Michael of Beaufort; grandchildren, Ian Smith and his wife Glenda, Rachel Beach and her husband Roger, Adam Grooms and Bryce, Aaron Grooms and his wife Stasha; great-grandchildren Hailey, Hayden, Leyton, Audrey, Avery, Brooke and Brystol. She was preceded in death by sisters and brothers.

Funeral services for Rebecca Poole Bonnette, 89 of Springfield, will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the Springfield United Methodist Church with the Reverends Franklin Copeland and Dewitt Livingston officiating. Burial will be in the Springfield Cemetery. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of Laurel Baye Health Care of Williston and Pathway Hospice for all of the love, care and support given to their mother and them during this difficult time.

Mrs. Bonnette passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2016.

Born in Aiken County, she was a daughter of the late William T. and Mary Williamson Poole. She was a homemaker and for many years along with her late husband of sixty-four years, Clarence O’Neil Bonnette, owned and operated Bonnette’s Phillips 66 Service Station. She was a member of the Springfield United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.

Survivors include her daughter, Martha Bonnette Lawson (Steve) of Springfield; sons, Thomas Eugene Bonnette (Stephanie Webb) and Charles Edward Bonnette (Melody), all of Blackville; grandchildren, Mark Lawson (Sheron), Kevin Lawson (Amy), Regina Pinckney (Sam), Brant Bonnette and Lizann Bonnette; great-grandchildren, Pate and Kole Lawson, Lucas and Addison Pinckney; sister, Carolyn P. Hall of Springfield and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Clarence O’Neil Bonnette Jr., sisters, Sara Poole, Valerie P. Kennerly, Virginia P. Spell, Louise P. Dodenhoff; brothers, Watson, Horace and Richard Poole.

Jimmy 'Tiny' Smart - Houston, Texas

Funeral services for Jimmy “Tiny” Smart, 59, of Houston, Texas, were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 3, 2016, at Happy Home Baptist Church with Reverend George Smart Jr. officiating. Burial followed in Zion Branch Cemetery with full military honors.

Mr. Jimmy “Tiny” Smart was born in Sycamore on March 10, 1957, the fourth child of the late George Smart Sr. and Mary Allen Smart.

Jimmy attended the Allendale County Public Schools and was a graduate of Allendale-Fairfax High School Class of 1975. Jimmy played baseball and was an outstanding basketball player. Jimmy set the record of 135 assists for passing the ball in basketball and it is on record at the Allendale-Fairfax High School in the sports hall of fame and, to knowledge, his records have not been broken. Jimmy also played in the basketball “All Star State Game”. He also played with the Military baseball league.

Everyone who knew him, remember Jimmy as a good friend who kept in touch with his friends in Allendale. He loved Allendale; he had a subscription to the Allendale Sun to keep in touch with Allendale. Jimmy talked everyday with his mother and his friend Orney Lee “OB” Sabb. He attended Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, N.C. and Denmark Technical College in Denmark. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1982 and retired in 2004 after 22 years of service. He received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering while in the Army. He was employed with the City of Houston from 2004-2016.

Jimmy married Tammy Y. McCoy of Newark, NJ on August 2, 1985 and to this union they were blessed with four children.

Jimmy’s earthly chapter came to a close on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

Cherishing his memory is his loving wife, Tammy Y. Smart; children: Kivan R. Smart of Abilene, TX, Krystal R. Smart and Kalya I. Smart of Houston, TX, and Keenan I. Smart of San Antonio, TX; mother, Mary Graham of Allendale; siblings: Georgia (Oliver) Cohen, Alphonso Smart and Carrol (Bertha) Graham, all of Allendale; George (Georgia) Smart of Fairfax, Odean (Ray) Mosely of Portal, Ga., James (Theresa) Smart and Benita (Corico) Cobin, both of Summerville, and Johnny (Sylvia) Graham of Sylvania, Ga.; two grandchildren: Keynila A. Smart of Bedford, MA and Maliah R. Riley of Houston, TX; sister-in-laws: Denise McCoy of Montclair, NJ and Jacqueline Renee McCoy of Palmyra, NJ; one aunt, Ruby M. Platts of Jacksonville, Fla.; one uncle, Frank Allen of Allendale; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Marie Bell Frazier - Barnwell

Marie Bell Frazier, 81, of Barnwell, passed away Friday, September 2, 2016 at University Hospital in Augusta, Ga.

Marie was born in Bamberg on February 23, 1935. She was the daughter of the late Rochie and Sadie Sharpe Bell Sr. She was retired after 30 plus years as the manager of Allied Department Store in Barnwell. She was an active member of the Barnwell First Baptist Church and her Sunday school class.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the Barnwell First Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell County Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday evening at Mole Funeral Home. Memorials may be made in Mrs. Marie’s name to the Barnwell First Baptist Church Elevator Fund, 161 Allen St., Barnwell, SC 29812.

She is survived by her husband, J. Otis Frazier of the home, children, David and Laurie Frazier of North Augusta, Keith and Susan Frazier of Barnwell, and Don and Stephanie Frazier of Barnwell; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Susan Frazier Chitty; son, Terry M. Frazier; 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Rose Ellen Dicks Price - Williston

Rose Ellen Dicks Price, 63, of Williston, went to be with her Lord surrounded by her loving family on Monday, September 5, 2016.

Rosie was born on November 1, 1952 in Augusta, Georgia. She was a daughter of Corrie Lee Gordon Dicks and the late William Horace Dicks Jr. Rosie was a devoted follower of her Savior, a lover of music and nature, faithful wife, nurturing mother, proud grandmother, and a kind neighbor to all. Rosie had faith unwavering and she spent her life fulfilling her calling as a servant of Christ. She was a talented pianist and was equally gifted with a beautiful singing voice, both of which she shared to bring glory to God. Rosie loved God’s creation, treasured it, wrote passionately about nature and strived to protect the earth for future generations. She was married to her husband Larry for nearly 39 years and built a home, raised two children and laid a firm foundation for her two grandchildren, who adored her. Rosie never met a stranger and she treated each person with respect and kindness. She loved her family dearly and she will be missed by us all.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 10 a.m. in the Barnwell First Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery at the airport. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mole Funeral Home. Born in Hawkinsville, Ga., she was a daughter of the late Otis Shelton and Emma Lee Andrews Shelton and was married to the late James L. Boyleston. She was a member of the Williston First Baptist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary Post #75. She previously worked as an Instructional Assistant for Williston-Elko School District #29.

Benjamin Deas Jr. - Barnwell

Benjamin Deas Jr., 66, of Barnwell, passed away peacefully September 2, 2016.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Dyches Funeral Home Chapel in Barnwell with special message from Apostle Calvin D. Wright. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to service in the chapel.

He was the son of the late Benjamin Deas Sr. and Thelma Flood Deas. He was employed at AGY of Aiken prior to his retirement.

Benjamin loved reading and helping his grandchildren with school work. He was a loving father and grandfather and will be missed by many.

Benjamin is survived by his wife, Vivian Lee Thurmond, three daughters, Tisha Patterson of Barnwell, Delashay Patterson of Barnwell and Lequan Buxton (Sam) of Barnwell; two sons, Corlander Patterson of Barnwell and Josiah Meadows of Barnwell; two grandchildren, Morgan Buxton and Cameron Buxton; sisters-in-law, Barbara(Sammie) Patterson of Barnwell, Darlene (Richard)Williams of Barnwell and Maggie (Eugene) Scurlock of Blackville; brother-in-law, Joseph Williams of Barnwell; special nieces, Patrina Flood of Pittsboro, NC and Martrice Scurlock of Barnwell; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Iesha Deas; one brother, William Flood and mother-in-law, Martha Williams.

Luebirta Tolbert - Allendale

Funeral services for Luebirta Tolbert, 77, of 148 Warner Road, Allendale, were held at 11 a.m. Monday, September 12, 2016 at Miller Swamp Baptist Church with Reverend Angelon Brooks officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Luebirta Davis Tolbert was born on September 5, 1939 in Allendale County to the late Deacon John Davis and the late Ruth Bowers Davis.

‘Coot’, as she was affectionately known as, attended the Allendale County public schools. At an early age, she joined the Miller Swamp Baptist Church; where she served on the gospel choir for many years. Coot began to sew at an early age and continued with it until she was no longer able to. She was employed at the Allendale International Apparel until her retirement. After retirement she served as a foster grandmother. Her most favorite hobby was baking.

Luebirta was preceded in death by both parents and two brothers: William Davis and Frank Lewis Davis.

She passed away quietly in the comfort of her home on September 7, 2016.

Luebirta leaves to cherish her fond memories: her husband, Franklyn Tolbert of Fairfax; two daughters: Johnnie Mae Johnson of Allendale and Jacqueline Tolbert of the home; two grandchildren: Brian Johnson Sr. of Lacrosse, WI and Tahja Chisolm of the home; three great-grandchildren: Sadrien Johnson, Brian Johnson Jr. and Chanston Hammond of the home; two sisters: Norine Mitchell of Miami, Fla. and Gloria (Waldren) Cephas of Moncks Corner; one brother, John Henry Smalls of Charleston; three step-grandsons: Carlos Badger, Quyman Badger and Demetrius Gilmore; two step-daughters: Mary E. Badger of Allendale and Tangela (Bernard) Nicholson of Miami, Fla.; two step-granddaughters: Sabria Badger and Chankevia Johnson; a special niece, Rena Mae Gregory; two special friends: John Gadson and Cecile Burton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Culbert Branch Baptist Church, 647 Elko Street, Williston, with Rev. Dr. Joseph H. Cook Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Sand Hill Cemetery, Williston.

Survivors are one sister, Peggie Jo (Johnny) Trottie of Williston; four uncles, McAruther Myrick of Wauchula, Fla., Joe. L. (Clary Ann) Myrick of Barnwell, Quited (Audrey) Myrick of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Richard L. Myrick of Dear Park, Long Island; seven aunts, Ella M. Andrews, Fannie Jackson, Roberta (Herbert) Culver, all of Jacksonville, Fla., Mary Moore, Jannie Stokes, both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Linda Carolyn Myrick, Judy M. (Jimmy) Taylor of Williston; and a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Family and friends may call at the residence of her sister, Peggie and Johnny Trottie, 4175 Allendale Avenue, Williston or the funeral home on Tuesday from 1 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 to 11 a.m.

Ben Thomas “Tommy” Black, 79, of Barnwell, passed away at his home on Sunday, September 11, 2016.  

Born in Bamberg County on April 6, 1937, he was the son of the late Lloyd and Faucia Still Black. He was a retired security guard for Augusta Fiberglass and a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2016 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Rommie Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church.

Survivors include his wife, Shelia B. Black; son, Andy Black of Barnwell; daughter, Julie (Robert) Powell of Orangeburg; grandchild, Victoria Atkinson of Orangeburg; sister, Arie Guess of Blackville; brother, Pat (Janice) Black of Hilda. He was predeceased by a brother, Herman Lloyd Black, and a sister, Sarah B. Guess.

Jimmy William Fail, 64, of Olar, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016 in Palmetto Health Richland Memorial Hospital.

Jimmy was born in Allendale on November 21, 1951 and was the son of the late Harold E. and Anna Lee Morris Fail. He was an employee of the Savannah River Site in the E & I department. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2016 in Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Jeffery Ray and Rev. Farrell Ray officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at Mole Funeral Home.

Born in Barnwell County he was a son of the late Charlie Leighton and Maggie Lorene Birt Morris. L.M. was a carpenter and formerly worked in general maintenance and construction at the Savannah River Site.

Deborah Duncan Bellinger - Columbia

Mrs. Deborah Duncan Bellinger entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 4, 2016 in Columbia after a long illness.

She was born in Barnwell to the late Rivers Duncan and Mary Alice Mitchell Duncan on May 20, 1931.

She attended the public schools in Barnwell. She retired from the South Carolina Department of Mental Health where she was a dental assistant.

She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Bethlehem Baptist Church in Barnwell. Later she moved to Columbia and joined First Calvary Baptist Church where she was a faithful member. She later returned home to Barnwell and served as a Deaconess at Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Mrs. Bellinger was a member of Emily Tent of the United Order of Tent.

On June 26, 1948, she married James H. Bellinger of Barnwell. To this union, they were blessed with one daughter.

Mrs. Bellinger was preceded in death by her husband, mother, father, three brothers, Charles, David and Joseph; and two sisters, Maude and Cecile.

Mrs. Bellinger leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter, Gale Bellinger Waymer; a son-in-law, Don Waymer; one grandson, Bryan Waymer of Columbia; a sister, Mrs. Equalla Duncan Mabrey of Barnwell; a brother, Mr. Benjamin I. Duncan Sr. of Barnwell; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Marianne Duncan of Aiken; nieces, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Eaves (John) of Chicago, Illinois, Gretchen Adams of Albany, New York, and Benita Duncan of Sumter; a nephew, Benjamin I. Duncan II (Stephanie) of Columbia; and a host of grand nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

A special thank you to Donna Taylor for your love and care for the past three and a half years; Shirley Sutton for always being on call and to Pathway Hospice Care Team, nurse Laura and CNA Tionne.

Funeral service was held Friday, Sept. 9, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Barnwell officiated by Dr. Jamey O. Graham, pastor of Saint John Baptist Church in Columbia. Committal followed at Hope Memorial Park in Barnwell.

Willie Williamson Jr. - Barnwell

Willie Williamson Jr., affectionately known as Billy, entered into eternal rest on August 28, 2016 at PruittHealth Nursing Facility in Barnwell.

Homegoing celebration was held Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016 at noon at St. Thomas Grove Baptist Church in Barnwell with Rev. John Young officiating. Pallbearers were nephews and friends while flowers bearers were nieces and friends. Interment followed the service at St. Thomas Grove Baptist Cemetery in Barnwell.

Born in Barnwell County on October 23, 1942, Billy was the son of the late Willie Williamson Sr. and Julia W. Thomas. Billy attended the public schools of Barnwell County. He was known and loved by many people in the community. At an early age, Billy worked at Lawson Holland Grocery Store. Later he worked at Milliken Textile and Dixie Narco.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Larry Williamson; two sisters, Frances Jones and Juliann Garrett; formal late wife, Isabella Miller Williamson; and three brothers-in-law. Billy leaves to cherish his memories four children, Catherine and Calvin Williamson of Abington, Pennsylvania, Beverly Miller of Barnwell, Melvin Williamson Sr. of New Ellenton; two sisters, Catherine Williamson and Ella Mae Myers of Barnwell; two brothers, John (Sandra) Williamson of Barnwell and Kevin (Dorothy) Thomas of Barnwell; one sister-in-law, Lucille Miller of Boynton Beach, Fla.; long-life companion, Lottie Hill; stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends.

Kenneth Williams - Allendale

Funeral services for Mr. Kenneth Williams, 82, of 926 West Bay Street, Allendale, were held on Sunday, September 18, 2016, at 2 p.m. at the Happy Home Baptist Church of Allendale where the Rev. Ronald West is pastor and officiated. Interment followed in the Zion Branch Cemetery of Allendale.

Visitation was Saturday, September 17, 2016 at the funeral home.

Mr. Kenneth Williams was born on September 13, 1934, to the late Thomas Williams and Mary Hay Grant in Allendale. He departed this life on Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at Pruitt Health of Barnwell.

Kenneth was reared in Allendale where he received his early Christian upbringings at the Happy Home Baptist Church. There he was actively involved in its growth and development and was devoted to his pastor. He was also educated in the public schools of Allendale. He was employed with the former Shuron of Barnwell for 25 years.

Kenneth, also affectionately known as “Bo, Bo-Kenny, Wood Man, Ice Man, and Peanut Man”, enjoyed playing bid wiz, gardening, and sharing his goodies with senior citizens. He always looked out for the needs of others and loved conversing with people throughout the CSRA. He instilled in his family the importance of economic independence and not to overextend themselves.

Kenneth was preceded in death by a sister, Vernell Grant Haire, a brother, Marion Grant, and a daughter, Elizabeth Frederick Orr.

Survivors left to cherish his memory include: his devoted wife of 63 years: Sue Allen Williams of the home; three daughters: Peggy (Robert) Williams-Grimes Wright, Ormond Beach, Fla., Linda Harris and Gloria (Otis) Fields, both of Allendale; three brothers: Shelly and Jessie Grant, both of Allendale, and Clinton (Evelyn) Williams of Charlotte, N.C.; two sisters: Bessie (Norman) Gillyard and Albertha W. Felder, both of Neptune, NJ; sisters-in-law: Evelyn Grant and Lillie Grant, both of Allendale; a brother-in-law: Bernard Haire of Orangeburg; a son-in-law: Minister George E. Orr Jr., Hampton; 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins along with a myriad of young men and women that he mentored and loved as his own with other sorrowing friends.

Rudy Lightsey - Bluffton

Rudolph “Rudy” Owens Lightsey, 70, of Bluffton, died Thursday, September 15, 2016.

Mr. Lightsey was a native of Fairfax, and a son of the late Roy H. and Grace Evelyn Brant Lightsey and was a member of Mt. Arnon Baptist Church.

He was retired from the S.C. Dept. of Education and was now employed at the Chatham County GA. Dept. of Education. Rudy had a lifelong love for cars, he fueled this passion by building, racing, selling, trading and restoring them. He was also an avid golfer but most of all he loved his family.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Mt. Arnon Baptist Church with Reverend Mike Catoe officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Survivors include one daughter, Greta L. McMahon (Patrick); Greta’s mother, Nelia S. Cone; grandchildren, Morgan, Reagan and Brendan; two sisters, Carol L. Bennett (Donald) and Bonnie Lightsey; one aunt, Mary B. Reid; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Roy H. Lightsey Jr. and Bobby “Puff” Lightsey.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2016 at Keith Smith Funeral Service, 128 Water Street, Allendale, SC 29810.

Memorial contributions may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation marching for Morgan Palmetto Chapter, 1122 Lady Street, #1000, Columbia, SC 29201.

Elouise Robinson - Brooklyn, N.Y.

Funeral services for Elouise Robinson, 91, of 333 Lafayette Ave., Apt. 1-F, Brooklyn, NY, were held at 4 p.m. Friday, September 16, 2016 at Allendale Community Funeral Home with Reverend Bernice Graves officiating. Burial followed in Miller Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery.

Ms. Elouise Robinson was born in Allendale County on January 1, 1925. She was the daughter of the late Heyward Robinson and the late Evelyn Fields. She was educated in the Allendale County public schools. Elouise later moved to Brooklyn, New York where she worked in private homes as a housekeeper. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.

She passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at the Interface Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Elouise leaves to cherish her fond memories: her cousins, Freddie (Mammie) Graham, Mable (Louis) Dix, Ernest (Ernestine) Graham, Mac (Mammie) Corskey, Gardner McMillan, all of Allendale, Pat Graham of Brooklyn, NY and Sarah Carter of Fairfax; special friends: Adel Harris, Ruth Hines and Eleanor Hill, all of Allendale; caregiver, Nancy Brown of Brooklyn, NY; and a host of other loving friends.
