James Bramlett Sr. - Williston

James Thomas Bramlett Sr., 72, of Williston, passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in the Aiken Regional Medical Center.

James was born in Woodruff on September 2, 1944. He was a son of the late Ansel and Pauline Rice Bramlett. He was an army veteran of Vietnam. He was a retired meat cutter having last worked with IGA food stores. He was an avid fan of professional wrestling and loved his 57 Chevy. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gene Long officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery at the airport with military honors. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the hour of service in the chapel.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda S. Bramlett of Williston; son, James Thomas (Serena) Bramlett of Williston; daughters, Brenda “Sissy” (Ronnie) Bragg of Williston, Cindy (Wally) Keisler of Barnwell, Paula (Charles) Baxley of Williston and Britney Bramlett of Williston; brothers, Walter (Pat) Bramlett of Gray Court, Charles (Frankie) Bramlett of Bullock, Ga.; sisters, Margaret Taylor of Goose Creek, Martha (Mike) Thompson of Fountain Inn; seven grandchildren. He was predeceased by two sisters, Doris Smith and Betty Cook.
